Every agency's pitch deck looks the same. Here is what actually separates a good one from a bad one, before you sign anything.
Ask to see real data, not a highlight reel
Any agency can show you their best campaign ever. Ask instead to see reporting from an average month — reach, engagement, actual leads or sales attributed. If an agency cannot show you a real, unedited report, that is the answer.
Ask who is actually doing the work
A lot of agencies in Egypt are a sales team in front of a rotating freelancer network. Ask directly: who is my account manager, and have they worked on a brand like mine before? Senior direction on every project is not a nice-to-have — it is the difference between a plan built for your business and a template with your logo pasted on.
Match the service to what you actually need
If you need a professional presence on Facebook and Instagram, social media management alone may be enough. If you need customers from Google, paid campaigns, a website that converts, and clear performance tracking, you need a team with a full plan, not one service bolted onto another.
